Cancellations

Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 48 hours notice of cancellation. We do not cancel or reschedule bookings if there is wind, rain or clouds. If there is life threatening conditions then the staff will make arrangements to reschedule your booking due to life threatening weather. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. Tardiness- we do not allow you to go past your scheduled booking because you are late. If you are more than 5 min late then we will charge you an additional hour per item that you booked. No-shows will be charged the full price. We will not cancel and refund if booking is made within that 48 hour cancelation notice requirement.
