The Yamaha VX is the step up from our entry-level EX Deluxe: more power, more room, and still easy enough for a first-time rider. At 130 HP and over 11 feet long, it’s built to comfortably carry larger adults and groups of up to three, with the stability to make it approachable even if you’ve never ridden a jet ski before. Book it for a single day or the whole week, 1 to 7 days, launching from our dock at Somers Bay.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need experience? No. Like the EX Deluxe, the VX is suitable for first-time riders, it just carries more power and seats more people.

Who can ride? Riders must be 18 or older to operate solo. Minors can ride along only with someone 18 or older on board.

Is fuel included? No. Fuel is charged separately at the pump rate plus $1.50 per gallon.

📍 Somers Bay, right next to the boat launch and the state park. ⛽ Fuel is not included, charged at the pump rate plus $1.50/gallon.

Policies

Minimum Age: Riders must be 18 or older to ride solo. Minors may ride only when accompanied by someone 18 or older.

Cancellations: Full refunds or credit are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled rental. Cancellations inside the 48-hour window are not eligible for a refund or credit. No-shows are charged the full booking amount.

Weather: We operate in wind, rain, and overcast conditions. Rentals are only cancelled when conditions are determined to be life-threatening. If that happens, we’ll contact you directly to arrange a reschedule.

Late Arrivals: Your rental window begins at your scheduled start time, regardless of when you arrive. Arrivals more than 5 minutes late will be charged an additional hour. We can’t extend your booking into the next reservation, so plan to arrive a few minutes early.
